In January 2024, we had our Lubo Fasteners tested at the ITIS test laboratory in Goes under extreme cryogenic conditions.
The news we have to share is truly spectacular! Our Lubo Fasteners have been tested and continue to function effectively, even under these icy conditions (-196 degrees Celsius).
Most notably, the friction coefficient has only slightly increased from 0.12 μ to 0.17 μ, meaning that Lubo Fasteners are the only bolts providing lubrication under cryogenic conditions. Unlike other lubricated bolts that lose their effectiveness, Lubo Fasteners remain functional.
